About UsA Cooperative Technical Business IncubatorThe Montana Business Incubator (MBI) is a model of cooperation between the business community, local government, Montana higher education, and federal government, allied together to create jobs and wealth in Billings and Eastern Montana. We are a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation founded by the Big Sky Economic Development Authority and Montana State University - Billings. Partners include NASA, provider of major funding and support for the program, and MSU TechLink, a regional technology transfer department at Montana State University - Bozeman. The commitment of these supporting organizations to the MBI and Montana innovators and entrepreneurs represents a milestone in the progress of the twenty first century economy in the State of Montana. The Montana Business Incubator is committed to creating jobs and wealth in the Billings Montana region by supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. The MBI seeks to assist companies involved in many technical areas, however a special emphasis is placed upon agriculture, medical, and energy related businesses. These three existing and mature business sectors comprise significant areas of technical growth potential for the region. The MBI therefore seeks client partners who are active participants in the above fields. Benefits | Supporters | Staff | Advisors | Board of Directors | Contact Us |
